The air con was working, which was a lifesaver in the heat. The beds were actually comfy enough, and the chommies at reception tried their best to help. Even had spa access, though could have been better!
But man, cleanliness was not their strong suit, and communication with some staff was a bit off-colour.

Had a great stay! The room was spacious and equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and even a kitchen area. The bathroom was modern, featuring both a hot tub and a bidet. The wifi was reliable and the spa access was a nice touch after a long day.

A beautiful stay with room quirks
The hotel boasts beautiful spa facilities and offers a comfortable bed that made for peaceful nights. Its central location is a great bonus for exploring Tirana.
The air conditioning struggled to regulate the room temperature, and there were minor issues with cleanliness in the towels and blankets. Be prepared for limited dining options!

The hotel's spa facilities have potential with a range of services, and the comfortable room layout made for a nice retreat after a long day. The central location is a good starting point for exploring the area.
During my stay, the air conditioning faced multiple issues, disrupting my comfort quite a bit. There were also several days with power outages and water shortages, which made for an inconvenient experience. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and wait times at the reception desk were frustratingly long. The overall cleanliness left something to be desired, with reports of unkempt bathrooms and furnishings that felt outdated.

Nice room but spa needs improvement
So I stayed for just one night and the standard double room was comfy and clean. The in-room breakfast option was cool but too pricey. The spa was a bummer though, kinda felt more like a public pool than a relaxing spot. It definitely lacked cozy vibes, and the sauna was a letdown. Wouldn't recommend the spa.

The breakfast was really tasty and filling, but the pool was a total letdown, dirty and required extra fees. Would I stay again? Probably not.
